Hello, Kubeir! I am hoping to apply for Canadian Citizenship, but am getting conflicting information regarding proof of language proficiency. I took the CELPIP-General LS test back is December 2019. Can I still submit the score as proof of language proficiency (English) or do I need to re-take the test, because according to CELPIP, the test/score is only valid for 2 years. So, technically-speaking, my test/score has expired as per CELPIP! Thank you for your time and reply!

Hi Mr. Kubair, I have a particular situation, I hold a PGWP, and in one month away I turning 1-year CEC, actually, I will get 1 and a half years working with the same employer here in Canada in the same ocupation. Moreover, my occupation and my profession in my country do match for an LMIA exception by an international treatment. Is it possible ask to my employer that apply for this LMIA exemption so I can use this number in my EE profile to get 50 points without having to change my PGWP to a closed world permit, in that case, must I work 1 year more with this Closed work permit, or can I claim 50 points just upon I get de LMIA exemption? My employer what to help me, but I don't know what to ask him, or on the other hand, ask him for LMIA support PR.

One question for you Kubeir Sir, I am transitioning from Student Permit to PGWP in a few weeks. I have already put my spouse’s file for Open Work Permit which should have the validity same as my study permit (still in process by IRCC). Now, if she receives her Visa approval in meantime while I complete my education and apply for pgwp, will she be able to travel to Canada with that Open Work Permit or does she needs to apply for extension before coming, or if that Visa is still valid and we can apply for her extension in land once she arrives? I joined a organization in January 2024 , however as its been only 5 months and the organization is not issuing reference letter hence I did not update it under WORK HISTORY tab. But I did update it under Personal History tab , do you think this would be a problem and if yes then what should I do now ?
